ΖΑΧΑΡΟΠΛΑΣΤΕΙΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΝΕΑ ΙΩΝΙΑ

The project involves the construction of a 1000-square-meter pastry shop building with laboratories. On the ground floor of the building, there is the sales area as well as a section of the laboratory. On floors A and B, the laboratories are developed, and on floor C, the offices of the company are located.

Modern solutions have been implemented in the building, concerning the central management of all building facilities through KNX and PLC automation systems.

The building’s air conditioning has been implemented using DAIKIN’s VRV system. Continuous air quality monitoring is conducted in the laboratories based on the strictest specifications.

The construction of the building started in January 2013 and was completed in October 2014. Our company conducted the electromechanical study of the project and provided full supervision of the electromechanical installations with daily presence, resulting in the faithful implementation of the study. During the operational phase of the building, all solutions designed based on the specific requirements of the owners were confirmed.

The main requirement was for the building to combine ideal working conditions with fully automated installations that would still be very user-friendly in daily operation. The project was successful as production increased to its maximum while simultaneously reducing costs.
