RESIDENCE IN RAFINA

The project concerned the conversion of an existing hotel into holiday homes. The building is located in one of the best spots of Rafina in the red harbor with an important feature of direct access to the beach.

The project, due to the fact that it concerned the conversion of an existing building, was characterized by many difficulties as the requirements of the project were very high. In this project, our company dealt with the study and supervision of the E/M installations.

DAIKIN’s VRV systems, underfloor electric heating, production of domestic hot water through solar panels, KNX automation systems, security systems such as alarm, CCTV access control, multimedia systems using airplay were selected for the air conditioning.

The end result satisfied the end users which was a major reward for the whole team as the customers had very high demands. The general supervision of the project was done by the architectural office of Ms. E. Hatzigoula who was also the main person responsible for the management of the entire project.
